Mr. Julius was born in 1967. He has Bachelor of laws (LL.B) from the University of Nairobi, Diploma in Law from Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, University of London and a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from Kenya School of Law.

He is a passionate, visionary and accomplished Legal Professional with close to 30 years of experience in legal practice. As the Senior Partner - MigosOgamba & Waudo Advocates, he has developed a large portfolio of corporate clients across banking and financial industries, manufacturing, oil, gas and natural energy and real estate sectors as well as government agencies.
